I’ve been suffering from a little bit of writer’s block for some reason over the past week or so but I suddenly feel like I can churn out some more reports on the past weeks betting.  The highlight of which was obviously the £360 won on the Huddersfield v Bradford Rugby League game on Friday.  My largest ever single bet/win, all achieved with the help of iBetMate down the local pub.  Probably not the wisest decision in hindsight because if my signal had fell out and the game had gone wrong, I might have  had issues cancelling the bet.  Still a great result, but I won’t include it here because I have lots of straight gambling bets which do not form part the systems I’m using.

Over on the Casino Bonus Hunter blog, I successfully cleared the Oranje Casino bonus and am delighted to say that the winnings are back into my bank account.  I’ll do a full write up on there later on tomorrow, it really is easy money for a couple of hours of minimal effort!

The profit from The Bookie Basher is currently standing at £10.25 from my £10 lay liability bets, this system has been consistently top of the rankings on the tipster proofing site Racing Index, so I’m quite happy to keep using this.  Looking over the past 12 months, the returns are generally steady rather than spectacular, which is fine by me.  As long as the graph goes upwards along with the bankroll, then that’s all I care about.  I’ll definitely renew my subscription at the end of this month and I think I’ll stick my stakes up to make sure I cover the monthly cost (£40).

The Football Trading System had another cracking day yesterday and I made a profit of £61.78 which was quite poor considering the profits I’ve made over the past couple of weekends, but a profit is a profit and I’ll take a profit over a loss any day of the week.  I only selected 5 winning bets from 7 matches, so I must be losing my touch :-)  The system is now up to an overall profit of £839.91 and I hope to break through the £1000 barrier before the end of the month.  For less than £50, this FTS System has paid for itself many times over and I have to pinch myself about how easy it is to profit from it, especially considering the hours I used to put in at work.  I’m having a day off the trading today, although I have had a few bets on the football, horses and rugby league.

So that’s one good reason to buy the Football Trading System another is the current horse racing lay bets trial that Ian is sending out to all subscribers.  Now bear in mind that the Dutch & Win Horse Racing System & Bookie basher are costing me a combined £79 per month, it’s an amazing treat to get the lay advices for free.  I’ve been using the system using £10 total liability stakes and between 26/1/10 to 31/1/10 I made a profit of £38.73 on Betfair.  February has also started off well and at the end of yesterday my profit was standing at £13.88, meaning that I am up £52.61 so far.  Ian also sends out Fixed Odds Bets as another free treat and these have been performing quite well over the past few weeks, although I need to update my spreadsheet to work out exactly how much I’ve made from these.

The Sports Betting Professor is absolutely amazing and it continues to make me great profits.  The last 12 NBA selections have won, that’s an incredible streak by any systems standards and my profit for February is currently standing at £245.50 and my total profit is currently up to £723.57

The system is so simple, Rich Allen sends you through an email detailing exactly what bets to place, simply log into an online bookie that will let you place those bets (I use Bet365), place them and then wait for your winnings to accumulate.  Since I started using the system in mid-November 2009 there have been 60 A-B-C series bets and 60 wins, meaning that the system is standing at 100% from the time I picked it up, you can’t get much better than that.

This Sports Betting Professor system is also a winner even if you were to ignore the system rules and just place straight level stakes win bets on each match.  Since 1/1/10 there have been 21 bets, with 18 of those winning for a strike-rate of 86% with the odds averaging out at around 1.90.  To put this into a financial context, if you had placed £10 win bets on each selection since 1st January 2010, you would have a profit of £162.  It’s definitely worth signing up for as it comes with a 60 day money back guarantee, so what have you got to lose??  Nothing to lose, but everything to gain, the Sports Betting Professor really does do what it says on the tin.

I’ve been using the Dutch & Win Racing System for the past couple of weeks and it’s been doing okayish but I cocked up the last few days by forgetting to place my bets.  The actual daily tips are posted on a unique page and are removed every day, so I don’t know how the system got on between 4/2/10 to 6/2/10.  This highlights the potential pitfalls of operating lots of systems and I guess it’s also a timely reminder for me to update my blog daily so that I notice anything like this straight away.  There was one selection today and D’Uberville romped home in the 3.40 at Southwell to secure me a win of £14.25, overall though I’m now down £6.17 using this system.  I’ll continue to follow it for the next few weeks, but I’m less likely to carry on this subscription compared to the bookie basher.

As I mentioned the other day, I’ve also been trialling another couple of systems and I’ll post the results up on here later this week, so be sure to check back often.  I have managed to obtain an excellent betting guide from a reputable online gambling service and I just need to upload it to somewhere like rapidshare, as soon as I’ve done that, visitors to my site will be able to download it for free and benefit from the content.

So there’s lots going on this week, so make sure you check back daily as I’ve got loads of things I want to share such as screenshots from my spreadsheets, to emphasise how important it is to keep good records (exciting eh :-) ), good luck to all

Rugby League Is Super

I’m currently in the pub celebrating a wonderful evenings betting. I had a £20 double on Newcastle and Werder Bremen on the footy and I had £1000 on Huddersfield Giants to beat the Bradford Bulls. £1000 is the largest single bet I’ve ever had but I got it at 1.36 and it seemed like such a good price I decided to go the whole hog.

So over £300 profit from one bet and more to come from my double, losing my job in December was definitely the best worst thing to ever happen to me (if that makes sense)

Sports Betting Professir is still churning out main selection winners and the sooner you sign up, the sooner you start winning, my review explains the system to some degree.

I’m not gloating, just happy, hope everyone has a profitable weekend!

Sorry for the lack of posts these past few days, I’ve managed to get plenty of betting done, but the missus has also managed to get me to do plenty of decorating as well.  Being a house husband, isn’t all beer & skittles you know :-)

It’s 22:52 and I’m gonna hit the sack soon, so I’ll keep this one brief…ish

I’ve just finished a 2hr & 40 min session on Befair poker and I’ve decided to move back up to NL50 for February to see how I get on, NL20 was profitable yet frustrating and I’m hoping not to run as far below EV as I did in January (around $500 below).  Well tonight went well $113 profit after 600 hands with another $7/$8 rakeback on top.  It started off slowly with my bad run continuing, but I was on particularly fishy tables and I knew that by sticking around and playing good poker I’d finally hit some hands.  Thankfully it happened and I won some good pots to finish with a healthy profit.  I have some of my own rakeback offers which I have negotiated with some poker rooms on my rakeback page, however if you’re a large raker and fancy your chances of winning some money in a rake race then Rakebrain are a very good rakeback provider who have paid me promptly for the past 4 years.

So the poker went well and I’m also glad to report that the Sports Betting Professor has continued it’s fantastic form and I’ve added over another £100 profit since my last post, taking my overall profit with Rich Allen’s system up to £519.57 with £325.45 of that coming in the last 2 weeks of January when I upped my stakes.  It’s definitely worth looking at, there’s plenty of money to be made and I’m just happy to have found it, don’t forget to see my review.

The Dutch and Win Racing System has had a couple of shocking days and I’m afraid to say that I’ve slipped into a loss after being in quite a healthy position.  Quite a few selections have finished second, so they’ve not been too far out, we’ll see if tomorrow can do any better after only 1 winner today resulting in a £15 loss :-(

The Bookie Basher also had a poor day today with 3 selections, which was reduced to 2 due  to a meet being called off.  The two tips both stormed home, but the profit is still healthy at £13.09 after less than a week of small stakes.

The Football Trading System by Ian Erskine continues to be the mainstay of my betting systems and I made £126.90 over the weekend, trading on 11 matches.  My profit for the month using the FTS was £477.11 from 34 trades (32 of which were we winners).

So there you go a brief guide to my results, time for bed now, I’m shattered.  Before I go though, I’m currently paper trading another horse racing system and it’s looking quite promising, so stay tuned I’ll put up full results and add it to my systems if it continues in this form.

Last but not least, I managed to clear another bonus over on my Casino Bonus Hunter blog and I’ll get the post up all about it tomorrow at some point.  Good luck to all, Steve

Loving The Internet

TBB Starting Bankroll £100 Results +£16.10 Closing Bankroll £116.10
DAW Starting Bankroll £100 Results +£17.58 Closing Bankroll £117.58

I’m absolutely loving this opportunity which was presented to me when I lost my job last month, with a mortgage to pay etc, I don’t know if I would have had the balls to go full-time, you become more risk adverse the older you get.  I’m only 31, but I’m definitely not as care-free as I once was.  Anyhow, that’s enough about my old age :) , the last couple of days have been brilliant and I still can’t quite believe how well everything is going.

Yesterday was the first day of playing through a casino bonus over on my second blog, and I managed to make a profit of over £115 in 6hrs & 10 minutes, the kind of hourly rate I enjoy and for very little effort.  I watched loads of episodes of House MD whilst doing it, so it was hardly hard work.  I’ve done a strategy post on my other blog, so that people can have a go themselves & get some free cash :-)

I’m trading using the Football Trading System at the moment and if the profit I have made so far (£651.23) hasn’t whetted your appettite to join then you should definitely join for the Horse Laying tips Ian Erskine is currently sending through to all FTS subscribers for the next few weeks.  Ian sent the first ones through on 26/1/10 and I’ve kept meticulous records (as usual) of the results.  Wins below, denotes that the bet won rather than the horse :P

26/1/10 – 3 Lays – 2 wins
27/1/10 – 4 Lays – 3 wins
28/1/10 – 9 Lays – 8 wins
29/1/10 – 4 Lays – 4 wins

So that’s 20 Lay bets & 17 bets won.  If you had placed £10 stakes you would have a profit of £37.00.  If you were placing £10 Liability stakes at Betfair Starting Price (i.e £10 is most you can lose, but winnings varies dependent on odds), you would have a profit of £46.49

Not bad, I bet on all 4 today and 5 of yesterdays, so I’ve managed to secure a profit of £21.59.  It really is worth signing up to the Football Trading System in time for the weekends football & horse racing!

The Dutch & Win Racing System had 3 winners from 5 meetings yesterday for an overall profit of £11, but unfortunately the 2 races today were both blanks, so yesterdays profit was wiped out.  Still on £17.58 profit after less than a week of small stakes, so the ROI is pretty healthy.

The Bookie Basher had 2 lay selections yesterday with 1 win/1 loss, today was more of a return to form with 3 selections and 2 bets won.  My profit is now on £25.01 after 4 days of £10 liability stakes.  It really is lloking good, but it’s only 4 days I suppose.

Poker has been a bit of an ordeal the past couple of days with donks outdrawing me all over the shop and I have been running very bad and getting mucho tilty.  I took a bit of time of gathered myself and decided to have a lock down session and play myself back into form.  Luckily it didn’t take long and today was a stupendous day at the tables :-)  I played for 80 minutes and ended up $349.50, which was an incredible amount of money considering I was only playing 8 tables of NL50.  After getting all of my bad luck in one go over the past few days, today I played loose & aggressive & got paid off big time.  I raised from middle position with QJ suited only to see a KTA flop – excellent, stacked 2 people ($100 please).

So a profitable couple of days, long may it continue.  Good luck to all trading & gambling over the weekend!  I’ve currently got a stick position in the Antalyaspor v Besiktas game – 52 mins & no goals = no good for traders :-(

Well another successful night using the Football Trading System, which netted me a £37.59, although this was the only positive for me in a night during which City contrived to get defeated in injury v United again (yes, I know it was 2-1, but that meant extra time).  Oh well, City have got a decent tie in the FA cup and with most of the top teams out, there’s a chance we can do well in that.

The Football Trading System performed flawlessly last night and my match selection still remains at 100% for the month, I would have selected the United v City match last night as well, but I didn’t want to have a wager on that.

Well done to Talkbet for his wager on Everton, I popped by his blog yesterday to say that I agreed it was a good bet.  Did I put the bet on myself?…..No, I somehow forgot, until the score popped up that Everton had took the lead, bugger.

The Bookie Basher’s selection yesterday romped home, so that was a loss, but the basher did say in his selection notes that it was a borderline lay, but given the odds it was worth a go.  I placed a lay of £10 on Mille Chief at odds of 1.30, which meant I only lost £3 when it actually won.  3 races, 2 days & £16 profit.  There are 2 lays today, so we’ll see what happens.

The Dutch & Win Racing System played an absolute blinder yesterday, with 2 winners out of the 3 race selections for a profit of £16.28, moving me onto an overall profit of £25.34 after 2 days :-) .  The Snail & Freedom Fire came home for me in the 3.10 @ Mussleburgh and the 3.30 @ Lingfield respectively.  The selections are not through for today yet, but I’ll be placing my bets this afternoon, so once again I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed.

Poker was a nightmare yesterday, I broke even after rakeback, but everytime I got ahead I got swindled out of some decent pots.  An example would be when I had JJ on a J62 rainbow flop (rainbow means all different suits), my opponent goes all in, seeing as I’ve got the nuts, I’m quite happy to call.  He turns over QQ, the turn was blank, the river…..Q.  That was the third set over set which I lost with 1hr 30 mins yesterday, I was on mega tilt and decided to log off.

I just have to remember that without fish it’s be a whole lot tougher to win, my winnings yesterday = -$19.20, my rakeback = +$19.80, so $.60 profit :-)  My expected winnings, +58.75, grrrrr

I’ve also started clearing my first bonus over on my second blog The Casino Bonus Hunter so pop over to see how I get on

A New Blog

Evening all, I’m just gearing up for the United v City match tonight and I’ll have my Mancini Scarf on whilst watching the telly, well not quite but I’ll be cheering for the good guys.

I’ll also be cheering for the mighty East Fife at Arbroath, thanks to Talkbets Powerstat selection.  I also agree with his Everton bet, so if you’re reading this, get it placed mate!

Anyway, back to the title of this blog, I originally started this as a vehicle to track my part-time trading of the football markets on Betfair, however, being something of an action junkie and after having so much success with the Football Trading System, it has morphed and grown as I have added more and more systems to my roster.

Seeing as I am now full time, I am about to embark on another project to make money from the world of online betting, I will be trying to make as much money as possible from releasing online casino bonuses by playing casino games with optimal strategies.

I did this back in the early 2000’s and it was very rewarding.  I have moved address several times since then, so myself or my missus shouldn’t have any problems in re-signing with certain sites.  This blog will stay exactly as it is with the sports and the poker.  My new blog will track my results at releasing casino bonuses and I’ll make it as detailed as possible (time allowing), so that people can simply follow my lead and earn some cash themselves.

So that’s the introduction over, please head over to my bookmark my second blog……drum roll……The Casino Bonus Hunter

A wonderful few days on the betting and trading scene.  It all started on Saturday afternoon with another stupendous day trading on Betfair using the Football Trading System.  I made £113.39 from 7 matches, 7 trades and 7 wins meaning that I’ve made a total profit of £312.62 during January, having traded 20 times in total across 4 separate days.  The match selection has been top notch so far with my strike rate currently standing at 100% for the month and I’m hopeful that with the right application I can keep up the good work.

The initial cost of around £45 which I spent back in September has now repaid itself many times over, my overall profit is over £600 and if I continue to trade at the levels I currently am, then I expect it to grow and grow.  Ian Erskine should be thanked for supplying a simple yet brilliant money making system

I’ve included a Betfair screenshot with slightly less spray paint than last time, when I got a little carried away :-)

I only managed the one trade on Sunday and this was satisfying on a number of levels.  I was in the pub in Manchester watching the Scunthorpe v City match and getting slowly stewed on real ale following a curry with some mates.  The ibetMate on my iphone was great for trading and I could follow the live prices and place my bets with ease.  Man City also won in the end which as a fan was great to see expecially going into the second leg tomorrow night.  I have no idea whether we can hold onto our lead from the first leg tomorrow, one thing is for sure, it’ll be a fiery encounter.  My biggest football trade, mainly down to a combination of local knowledge & local beer :-)

Today was an exciting day for me, I joined two Horse Racing Services which cost a combine total of £79 per month, so hardly a cheap investment.  One is a laying service, The Bookie Basher which has its results proofed and appears to be a consistent winner.  There were two lay selections today, both of them favourites and both of them lost comfortably.  Quite strange willing horses to lose, but I won both bets so I could get quite used to it.  The horses were both favourites and I’m going to be placing level stakes on this system rather than following his recommended points value.  The Bookie Basher operates a 1000 points system and tells you how many points you should bet on each lay, the only problem I have with that, is that some of his point selections appear to be at 0.35 points, so to operate at that level to meet the minum bet on Betfair of £2, you’d need a bankroll of £6,000 – I’m not prepared to risk that sort of money at the outset.

I have copied all the historical records into a spreadsheet and worked out the profit if I were to just place £10 level lays on all bets and it’s great, not as much as the staking system, but a healthy profit nonetheless.  From £10 level lays in January so far, you’d be looking at a profit of £114.70, after you’ve taken off your 5% commission.

The other system is not proofed, but it is highly recommended by Ian Erskine (FTS Founder), so I’m taking a flyer on this and hoping it comes good.  You get 3 or 4 races each day and there are always 2 horses to back in each race, you simply the dutch your bets to ensure an even profit if either horse wins.  If your horses lose, you lose the bet, so not there’s more risk with this, but Ian says he’s been winning on this, so I’ll try & do the same.  I think I may make this a 3 bet series staking plan, similar to that of the Sports Betting Professor, so that I can try and secure overall profits from a days betting and eliminate the otherwise obvious swings you would get.  I’ll start off trying to achieve similar profits from each race, but I may then move onto a different betting structure as I just mentioned.

The system is Dutch and Win Racing and I started off successfully with a £9.06 return from my first days betting at very small stakes.  If I were to achieve that sort of return for the rest of month then, the £39 outlay will certainly be worth it.  Fingers crossed :-)  The other bet was a lay tip sent through for FTS subscribers, which was also a profit generator

The Sports Betting Professor has had another bet since my last post and my overall winnings are now up to £363.07 and £206.13 for the month, with £168.15 of that coming in the past week since I upped my stakes.

Rich Allen must really put in some leg work to correctly select his games for the NBA picks because they are performing extraordinarily well and I notice that over on TalkBet he is now following the system as well and seems to be enjoying it.

Cass made an interesting comment on his blog about how adjusting stakes cannot make a bad system good and I think we’ll all agree with that.  He said that if a system doesn’t win to level stakes, then it’s not worth doing.  That is also a true comment, fortunately the strike rate for the Sports Betting Professor during January is 75%, so it’s performing exceptionally whichever way you decide to place your bets, so it’s worth paying a visit.

I had a quick hour at poker today and made about $37 including rakeback, which was nice.  It would have been so much better if I hadn’t lost a $90 3-way pot in plo when I had the nut straight all in on the flop, only to have some fish outdraw me with an incredibly rubbish hand.  Guess that’s poker though

That’s the end of a lengthy post , well done if you’ve made it to the bottom, I’ll update the Sports Betting Champ bets soon – just realised I’ve not done them again, but I can’t be bothered right now, I’ve typed enough :-)

Laws Are Meant To Be Broken

SBP Starting Bankroll £100 Results +£317.38 Closing Bankroll £417.38

Well thank god for that, after I mentioned in my last post, the law of sod had visited me, by making me lose the first bet I had place at higher stakes on the Sports Betting Professor System.  I am pleased to report though, that some rules are supposed to to be broken and the Rich Allen’s systems betting series came through with another winner.  I lost the A-Bet and then also the B-Bet meaning that if I lost the C-Bet, I was going to be looking at a very depressing start to life as a mid-stakes punter.  The stakes are high for me, but I guess £50 stakes are not that high by other peoples standards, so I’ll call myself a mid-stakes gambler/trader :-)

Anyhow, last night saw two NBA system selections with the advice being to back Atlanta Hawks to win by more than -6.5 and the Golden state Warriors to win by the same margin.  Feeling a little nervous, I bought an extra point on both games at Bet365, meaning that I got worse odds of only 1.79.  I needn’t have bothered and I certainly won’t be chickening out again, I haven’t lost a betting series yet in over 2 months of using the system, so I don’t know why I decided to reduce my odds, silly boy.  The Atlanta Hawks trounced the Charlotte Bobcats by 103 to 89, meaning that a -6.5 would have been more than enough to secure my C-Bet.  The Golden State Warriors were also ‘warrior like’, in dishing out a trashing to the New Jersey Nets of 111-79 in the late tip-off (is that the right thing to say?), once again I think the -6.5 would have been quite enough :-)

So two more successful betting series under the belt, there have been 50 betting series & 50 wins so far I can’t recommend Rich Allen’s Sports Betting Professor System enough, I made £123.26 this week and you can read my full review if you’re still undecided, but you certainly won’t regret visiting and buying this excellent betting system!

The Football Maestro System bankroll finally went bust, I’m still receiving the emails and I’ll paper trade them in my spreadsheet, but I certainly won’t be putting any more cash on it, not unless there’s a significant improvement.

No action on the Football Trading System this past week although I’ve selected around 8 games for this afternoon, so I’m looking forward to churning out some more profits, it’s probably the simplest way to make money on Betfair and as I keep upping the stakes, I’m enjoying more profit, I’ll keep the profits totals running in my Football Trading System Review.

Poker has been going along just fine and I manaed to break through into the top 200 players on the Betfair Leaderboard for the stakes I am playing at, think I’ll go for it next week and try & press on.  I’ve made a few quid on Full Tilt catching fishies at their new Rush Poker setup

Good luck to all who are gambling/trading today

The Law Of Sod

Well this is a first, a mobile blog post, I’ve got a WordPress app on my iPhone but this is the first time I’ve used it, so far so good, I’m not sure why I’ve not used it before to be honest.

Anyway onto the trading, Sunday saw two official selections from Ian Erskine creator of the Football Trading System and I’m delighted to report that both won, Schalke and Fiorentina were the two matches involved, with a home defeat by a Fiorentina and a home victory for Schalke proving to be profitable.

Onto the Sports Betting Professor and the law of sod was in full effect, Sunday saw my first £50 wager and this obviously resulted in a loss, still not to worry, this is Bet A in a potential 3 bet series (details in my review, if you’re wondering). So I’m confident that I’ll win the betting series because, there hasn’t been a single losing series I started with Rich Allen’s system back in mid November.

I’m off to the City v United game and I’m just hoping and praying that Tevez can pop in a few goals to cheer taggart up, I wonder if he regrets his comments earliern the season about Tevez not being a goalscorer and not caring whether he plays or not.

Anyway a long day awaits, taking dog out now, dropping car off for MOT, shopping, meeting mate for lunchtime pint, pre-match meal with missus, Manchester derby, home (whilst very, very drunk)

Good luck to all betting and trading today
